Hospital Admissions
Because we want your hospital stay to be as comfortable as possible, we
believe it should begin with a smooth and expedient patient registration
process. To register for inpatient admission or outpatient procedures, please go
to the following locations according to the services you are seeking.
Inpatient Procedure & Overnight Stays
For inpatient procedures, or any other procedure that will require an
overnight stay, you will be admitted at our main hospital admitting department.
It is located directly east of the ER entrance, and can be accessed easily from
the parking garage.
Outpatient Surgery & GI Procedures
For outpatient and GI procedures, please utilize the Surgery entrance located
on the hospital's east side. The east parking lot provides the most convenient
access.
Pre-Procedural Screening
If you have an appointment with Pre-Procedural Screening for tests required
prior to a scheduled procedure, the Pre-Procedural Screening office is located
at 6130 N. La Cholla Boulevard, Suite 121. This is in Building A of the La
Cholla Medical Plaza, located just south of the hospital off La Cholla.
Labor & Delivery
The Women's Center Admitting is located at the the front entrance to the
Women's Center, at 6060 N. Fountain Plaza Drive. From the main hospital heading
south on N. Fountain Plaza drive, the Women's Center will be on your left.
Northwest Women's Imaging
Northwest Women's Imaging is located adjacent to the Women's Center at 6060
N. Fountain Plaza Drive.

What to Bring
The information you share with our trained admissions representative becomes
part of your medical record and is kept confidential. All patients should
remember to bring:
- Social Security Card
- Picture Identification
- All active insurance cards
- Any Advance Directive (Living Will, Power of Attorney)
