The Women's Center at Northwest Medical Center is Arizona's first freestanding, self-contained medical facility dedicated solely to the medical needs of women. It is located on the Northwest Medical Center campus just south of the main hospital at 1920 W. Rudasill Road.

Note: The Women's Center is a designated "Safe Baby" site, an anonymous, no-questions-asked drop off location for newborns.

Renovations Complete at The Women's Center
After more than 10 years of delivering babies for the women in our community, The Women's Center at Northwest has recently completed a renovation and is even more comfortable for Moms, Dads and family! The birthing rooms are 225-275 square feet and the all-private Mother/Baby rooms are spacious too. All new furniture means added sleeping comfort for Dad and more seating for visitors. And both Mom and Dad will enjoy the flat panel TV and WiFi access so they can send pictures of their new bundle of joy to family and friends before they even leave the hospital.

But Mom and Dad aren't the only pampered people. The reception area and family visitor areas will also be upgraded. Child-friendly areas, large TVs and WiFi for visitors will also make it comfortable for the entire family. And every time a baby is born, a melody is played throughout the facility to celebrate the new life.
