Hospital Admissions
Because we want your hospital stay to be as comfortable as possible, we believe it should begin with a smooth and expedient patient registration process. To register for inpatient admission or outpatient procedures, please go to the following locations according to the services you are seeking.
Inpatient Procedure & Overnight Stays
For inpatient procedures, or any other procedure that will require an overnight stay, you will be admitted at our main hospital admitting department. It is located directly east of the ER entrance, and can be accessed easily from the south parking lot.
Outpatient Surgery & GI Procedures
For outpatient and GI procedures, please utilize the Surgery entrance located on the hospitals east side. The east parking lot provides the most convenient access.
Outpatient Testing/Pre-Admission Testing
Testing and pre-admission testing patients should utilize the admitting entrance, located just east of the Emergency entrance, on the southern side of the hospital. Easy access from the south parking lot.
Labor & Delivery
The Women's Center Admitting is located at the the front entrance to the Women's Center, at 6060 N. Fountain Plaza Drive. From the main hospital heading south on N. Fountain Plaza drive, the Women's Center will be on your left.
The Women's Diagnostics & Radiology/Outpatient Services
he Women's Imaging and Diagnostics facility is located adjacent to the Women's Center at 6060 N. Fountain Plaza Drive.

What to Bring
The information you share with our trained admissions representative becomes part of your medical record and is kept confidential. All patients should remember to bring:
- Social Security Card
- Picture Identification
- All active insurance cards
- Any Advance Directive (Living Will, Power of Attorney)
