Do you have a minor illness or injury and can’t get in to see your primary care physician? Continental Reserve Urgent Care is here for you—even on the weekends and until 7 p.m. every day. A physician is always on site and it is staffed with registered nurses.
In addition to urgent care services, the Continental Reserve Urgent Care building also houses a satellite location of the Northwest Medical Center Outpatient Physical Therapy department. Outpatient therapy is available by appointment only.
Online check-in should not be used for emergencies.
Because our ER and Urgent Care staffs must treat patients based on the severity of illness or injury, your time is not guaranteed. We will see you as close to your designated time as possible. If your symptoms worsen or you believe you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Department as soon as possible.
